The Marsh & Parsons Kensington estate agency office is located on Kensington Church Street and offers sales, lettings and lettings management. It also houses the Professional Department and our Developments & Investments Department. The selling and lettings departments deal with property throughout Kensington, W8 - an area which enjoys a great balance between residential living and green, open spaces. The property available in Kensington includes a diverse choice of mansion flats, beautiful stucco fronted family houses and the ever popular cottages in the Hillgate and Stratford Villages. Whilst Kensington is very centrally located with easy access into the City, it also boasts a charm and elegance akin to a true village atmosphere. The excellent shopping on Kensington High Street offers specialist boutiques, and the great selection of bars and restaurants in W8 gives Kensington a real buzz by day and by night. With Kensington Gardens and Kensington High Street at its core, and the excellent access to both the West End, M4 and Heathrow, the area continues to be a popular place to live, work and invest in buying property.

Marsh & Parson's and especially Alice Midgley have been great through the entire process of finding a flat in London. I am new to the city (and country) and was able to correspond, book viewings and discuss everything related to the move with Alice even before I stepped foot in London. She had a list of properties ready to show me as soon as I landed and did all the groundwork beautifully. She was committed in finding me something suitable based on my criteria, and listened carefully, instead of showing me a bunch of overpriced properties. I am extremely grateful as she helped me find my new home, in an area I absolutely love. Highly recommend Marsh & Parson's and Alice in particular!!

Good service in all departments of the transaction from Marsh & Parsons and specifically from Rav Sagoo, the agent from M&P that supported the whole transaction process. After a first round of 3 visits, Rav was able to understand what my criteria and presented me only the apartments that were relevant (which quite rare). The second round of 2 visits was successful. The sale was complex involving a lease extension and on top I was a first time buyer not knowing really the rules. Rav put the process under control being very reactive, proactive and making sure that all aspects were dealt with all stakeholders: me, the seller, 3 sollicitors, the freeholder. He definitely knows his business and how to make it happen smoothly. He is also a very pleasant person to deal with.

David was rude and snotty and hung up twice mid conversation. Its a shame that one bad agent has to give the whole agency a bad name. Perhaps M&P should pay more attention to protecting their image by ridding themselves of bad eggs. Its people like him that give estate agents a bad name. Unfortunate.
