We had a fantastic experience with Marsh & Parsons helping us find our new rental home. Emma Ruffoni was fantastic to work with throughout from the initial viewing through negotiations and to completion. Emma was always professional, super helpful and an absolute pleasure to speak to. The Lettings Director Rupert also stepped in on occasion and we truly felt they really wanted to secure the flat for us, and made us feel reassured and positive. Their service and friendliness was amplified by it not being the experience we had with other agents while looking for flats! Fully recommend Marsh & Parsons, and Emma and Rupert particularly.

I’m not a habitual Google reviewer, but I was very impressed by the service I received when looking to purchase a property with M&P. My inquiries were handled very professionally by the team and they had an impressive portfolio of houses to fit my admittedly specific requirements. A special mention goes to Catherine B for handling my questions so patiently and with an impressive level of knowledge for a young woman! She will do great things in this business I’m sure. Unfortunately I had to defer property purchase this time due to personal financial difficulties but I will be back in future once my affairs are in order.

We appointed M&P as the sole agent for the sale of our house at the beginning of June 2024. Phil Coombes and his team managed the entire process (which at times got a little hairy!) but the headline is; it took only 3 months from first viewing to completion…! They secured 15 viewings in one open weekend with 5 offers off the back of it. We’d like to thank Phil in particular who goes against the ‘estate agent’ persona - he speaks frankly and honestly with empathy for everyone involved. At times both sides got a little worked up but Phil managed it calmly, with understanding and pragmatism. In summary we highly recommend.

The team here are incredible, Camilla went way beyond and really put her neck on the line to get our purchase completed. Absolutely nothing was too much to ask and she responded instantly, even on her days off. Camilla chased solicitors and freeholders alike and kept us informed at all times. It really felt like she cared and was representing you personally instead of treating you like a cookie cutter business as usual client. It’s definitely the sort of person you want in your corner when things get tough. I’d give more than 5 stars if I could.

I can not express how Callum was helpful and caring for me and my partner. He was extremely patient and understanding with every of our issues and concerns. We were pretty stressful to find our new dream flat (as we decided to live together very first time we wanted to have a perfect flat that we both love it) and he helped us to made this dream come true (time will tell also haha). He’s got that gift that every of our worries disappeared once we contacted with him. I was dealing with a few estate agencies so far but never found as professional person as Callum.
