We’re selling through Marsh & Parsons this summer and have been pleased with how it’s gone so far. We saw several agents, and Stuart stood out, not just for following up, but for the way he did it. He gave us confidence the sale would be in good hands, which is why we chose them. Once we’d instructed, the turnaround was quick - photography, floorplan, brochure (thanks Sarah!) and the sales team walkthrough all done within days, with viewings booked in before we’d even gone live. James, Anthony and Harriet have run the sales side professionally and efficiently, and got a good number of viewings through in a short space of time. They were also quick to call when a same-day appointment came up rather than sticking to the standard notice, which we were always happy to accommodate. Harriet also helped on our onward search after we mentioned it to Stuart. She sent through suggestions, and having listened to what we were after during a viewing, put forward two more we hadn’t considered. A thoughtful and proactive way to go about it. We’re still going through the process, but on the marketing and sale stage they’ve been good, and on that basis we’d recommend them.

UPDATE: Despite an excellent experience with the M&P Little Venice sales and rentals team, the M&P account and tenancy management team has been disappointing, across all interactions. Unfortunately this takes away from a hard working, high performing sales and lettings team. It would be good for M&P to correct that, and avoid the impact on their reputation and customer experience. I had a great experience with Marsh & Parsons, mainly thanks to Ibby Kulovic, who showed excellent professionalism, responsiveness, agility and communication skills while helping me find my new home. I would highly recommend and be returning to M&P for my future needs, thanks to Ibby and his excellent approach and service.

I had an amazing experience with Nathalia from Marsh and Parsons purchasing my first home. While other agents showed me a bunch of properties that didn't fit the bill and/or tried to convince me that i liked properties that i didnt actually like- Nathalia and her team was different. Her and her team were receptive when I didn't like something and understood my reasonings/needs for my first home. Nathalia ended up finding me the perfect place. and was so communicative through the process. She is so quick to respond to messages and always willing to go the extra mile. She never made me feel pressured even in a high pressure offer situation but instead offered expertise. Had a wonderful experience with Kellan finally getting a studio flat after months of looking. Though I was still away in my home country when I was looking for a place to rent, from the get-go, Kellan was really responsive in getting in touch and immediately offering to arrange a viewing which was very accomodating to me not being physically in London yet. Through the whole process, Kellan was also actively following up and clearing up any concerns I had regarding the offer, the contract, and the payment so all went smoothly.
