Ibby truly impressed us with his professionalism and has definitely been the best agent we have had the chance to work with. Belated review, but we had an excellent experience with M&P Little Venice, especially Paul & Kelvin. We had had a bad experience with another estate agency and switched to M&P because we had been told that they were the best performing agency at our price level in the local area. Paul & Kelvin navigated us through the appalling post-Truss market with authority and empathy, and secured a sale. The buyers were inexperienced and Paul & Kelvin held their hands very well, a job made all the more challenging for them because the buyers’ chosen solicitors were incompetent & slow, threatening the transaction several times. Paul & Kelvin kept the transaction alive when everyone’s patience was stretched thin, and we wouldn’t have completed without their doggedness and determination (and good humour!). Would strongly recommend!

I wouldn't normally write a google review for an estate agent, but the service I have recently received, as a long-time landlord, from Roy Khan and his lettings team at M&P Little Venice has been nothing less than exceptional. Used to mediocre to average service from agents over the years, I couldn't recommend Marsh and Parsons Little Venice more highly. It took Roy and his team 24 hours to rent my flat (from key drop off) and just another 24 hours to get the references and agreement signed. Not only did M&P negotiate an increased rent (without me asking) but they also ensured the absolute minimum in vacant period between tenants (3 days to allow for cleaning etc) and a 3 year contract. Honestly, I couldn't recommend these guys more highly - and this is from a seasoned (and somewhat circumspect!) landlord who thought they'd seen it all!

Very good service. All credits to Roy who is very helpful and resourceful and took the trouble to show me around a few properties for rent at the last minute. Saw one that I really like but tough luck losing out an offer to another bidder. Although i ended up signing another tenancy contract with another property in the area (which I actually like more), I have to thank Roy for his professionalism. Would definitely recommend this agency!

Paul Christian the Head of Sales at the Little Venice office has set a gold standard in modern agency. Too many people fail to appreciate the distinction between average and really great agency - depth of market knowledge, superior customer relationship skills and perceptive insight on the macro view - this is what sets Paul and the team a cut above the rest. I bought my property with them last year and couldn't be happier to recommend.
