⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an although not complicated but still quite challenging sale, and I genuinely don’t think we would have reached completion without Phil Coombes and Sian Allison from Marsh & Parsons. From the very beginning, Phil demonstrated an excellent understanding of the local market. His advice on pricing, presentation and marketing strategy was consistently thoughtful, realistic and well judged. He has a real feel for the market and knows how to position a property to attract the right buyers. Once the sale was agreed, the transaction proved far more challenging than anyone had anticipated as the legal process was often frustratingly slow, and progress repeatedly stalled. Each time, Phil stepped in personally, identified where things had become stuck, kept everyone communicating and got the transaction moving again. I honestly believe that with a less experienced or less proactive agent, the outcome could have been very different. Sian was equally outstanding throughout the process. She was energetic, proactive and maintained excellent communication with the buyers at every stage. Whenever I became frustrated by the lack of progress, she helped me keep sight of the bigger picture, managed expectations on both sides and smoothed over moments of tension with great professionalism. Her calm approach made a real difference during what was a very stressful transaction. What impressed me most about both Phil and Sian was that they never treated the sale as just another file. They genuinely cared about getting the transaction over the line and were prepared to go the extra mile whenever it was needed. I cannot thank them enough for all their hard work, commitment and professionalism. In a difficult market, they gave absolutely everything to make sure our sale completed successfully. I would recommend Phil, Sian and the whole team without hesitation to anyone looking to sell their property.

Phil and his team navigated what became a very long drawn out and precarious sale, of which I was the buyer, with tact and diplomacy throughout. Communication was excellent over the six month period and I never felt out of the loop. Everyone I had dealings with in the branch was highly professional and any queries I had were quickly dealt with without fail. Hopefully I won't be moving again for a while but if I do I won't hesitate to use Marsh and Parsons. Can't recommend highly enough!

My inquiries were handled very professionally by the team and they had an impressive portfolio of houses to fit my admittedly specific requirements. A special mention goes to Catherine B for handling my questions so patiently and with an impressive level of knowledge for a young woman! She will do great things in this business I’m sure. We appointed M&P as the sole agent for the sale of our house at the beginning of June 2024. Phil Coombes and his team managed the entire process (which at times got a little hairy!) but the headline is; it took only 3 months from first viewing to completion…! They secured 15 viewings in one open weekend with 5 offers off the back of it. We’d like to thank Phil in particular who goes against the ‘estate agent’ persona - he speaks frankly and honestly with empathy for everyone involved. At times both sides got a little worked up but Phil managed it calmly, with understanding and pragmatism. In summary we highly recommend.
