I've had a brilliant experience working with M&P during my property search. What can often be a stressful and overwhelming process has been made so much easier thanks to Sara. It can be hard to find an agent who genuinely champions your search, especially when they have so many clients to manage. From day one, Sara has been friendly, responsive, and incredibly supportive. What really stood out was that she was often the one proactively getting in touch with me, rather than me having to chase for updates. That made such a difference and was a real breath of fresh air during the house-hunting process. Too often, you give your details to an agent only to be shown properties that don't match your budget, preferred area, or requirements. Every property Sara recommended, however, felt carefully considered and genuinely aligned with what I was looking for. It was clear she had listened and understood exactly what mattered to me. If you're looking for a new home and want someone who truly has your best interests at heart, I'd wholeheartedly recommend asking to speak with Sara. She combines professionalism with genuine care, which is a rare quality to find and made all the difference to my experience.

I can’t recommend Jaime Lipscombe highly enough! She was absolutely amazing in helping me with my tenancy name change, guiding me through the process with such care and attention. Sadly they couldn't find a home for us on this occasion (yet 🤞🏻) but so far I haven't met a more lovely, understanding, honest and helpful estate agent! He explained the situation for renters to me with the upcoming rental bill in a very knowledgeable way and was very up front about realistic expectations. We had a great experience with Francesca. She was professional, patient, and incredibly sweet. She really understood what we were looking for and showed us several properties in excellent condition, modern, clean, and well-maintained - which saved us a lot of time and stress. We’ve never had such an easy and fast experience finding a place in London. When we took the flat, it was very clean overall, with just the hallway wall needing a repaint, which was only a minor issue. We do hope the maintenance team taking over will be just as reliable, as dealing with maintenance in the UK can sometimes be a bit challenging. Hopefully everything will run smoothly moving forward. Overall, the service from Francesca was outstanding, and we highly recommend her!

We used Marsh and Parsons to rent our flat and highly recommend their services. Lucy Hudson-Grant was our point of contact, she was very knowledgable and really helped us through the complexity. We really valued her approach, she was thoughtful and extremely helpful throughout. Francesca led the viewings and we secured tenants less than 12 hours after we signed our contract with M&P.
