GoogleWhen renting out a property I would not use M&P again. The turnover in their property management team was high so continuity of addressing issues was poor. The services they use to address maintenance issues were low quality (lots of botches / failure to identify/fix the cause), expensive and related certificates for works were often not provided, despite chasing M&P. I also felt they were on the side of the tenant, even for repeating issues caused by tenants for which I’d fixed several times before.
Overall, just avoid!

GoogleMe and my partner lived in north east London where monthly rental payments were sky rocketing, coupled with limited to no help navigating this uncertain market from our estate agent.
We contacted multiple estate agents across boroughs within commuting distance from the City and came across Rupert. Having no prior experience of the south west, especially the clapham area, Rupert helped us locate and secure our dream home (without viewing 101 different properties), that included all our requirements, two bed ground floor flat with a garden, a well connected area and is near bars and restaurants.
Our experience of living in London has massively improved and we cannot thank Rupert enough for their time and effort. We would recommend anyone who is looking to rent a property in the Clapham area to use Marsh and Parsons. Thanks again.

Unfortunately I was led to believe it had improved since I last used them (and subsequently left due to this same problem of unprofessionalism). Sadly it's got worse, in my experience. So disappointing to report this :(
