I recently used Marsh and Parsons for the sale of my home after an unsuccessful period with another estate agent. My main contact was Martin (although all staff were polite and professional at all times) who took the time time to talk me through the process. He remained in contact and made himself available when needed and most importantly gave me regular updates.
