Last time I rented anywhere was over a decade ago in Manchester, so I was a bit intimidated by the prospect of entering the cut-throat world of renting in London. Fortunately, it was Gyan that answered the phone, and we couldn’t be happier with the service he provided. Gyan took the time to find out exactly what was important to us and only sent us details of properties that were the right fit, which really helped as we were both working full-time and based in Manchester meaning time was at a premium. Gyan’s communication was great throughout via phone, email and Whatsapp depending on the situation. Viewings were always on time and very professional. The standout for us was that Gyan was infinitely patient and never too busy to answer our queries.

My partner and I have been looking for a place to rent in London over the last 2 months and have contacted COUNTLESS estate agents in the process of trying to find somewhere, majority of which never responded but Marsh and Parsons have been wonderful!! (Especially Alice who had reached out regularly!!) Amazing staff who are genuine and don’t feel like they’re just trying to push a sale - it feels like they actually care which is a breath of fresh air. Gyan is probably the nicest and most attentive agent I’ve ever come across in my flat search history. He really takes the time to listen to your requirements/budget etc and actually takes note of it all. I’ve dealt with many agents in the past who just send you whatever they’ve got- but Gyan is much more bespoke and really wants to make sure you find your perfect home. He remembers all the small things that make such a difference. Although I found a new place elsewhere, I’ll be sure to reach out to him if I ever need to move again. I’m gutted he’s not my agent now! We’ve had a really positive experience working with Rishi Singh for the purchase of our flat. Having had some negative experiences with a previous estate agent, I can say that Rishi has been an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the entire purchase process. Rishi has shown a high level of professionalism at all times and has been consistently quick at returning our calls and emails. I really appreciated that he regularly checked in with us about the progress of the flat purchase. He was prompt to contact the seller and their solicitor to find out further information about some delays. We recently purchased a flat through Marsh & Parsons and were very pleased with our experience. Our agent, Rishi, was attentive and helpful throughout the process without being pushy. Rishi was always prompt in communicating with the seller for us, resulting in successful negotiations and a very smooth purchase. He even took time out of his day to let us take photos of the property between exchange and completion, so that we could send them to the RSPCA for a prospective adoption.
