Situated on the Moore Park Estate, Marsh & Parsons' Fulham Estate Agents is located on the corner of Moore Park Road and Harwood Road, offering both residential sales and lettings in Fulham. Fulham, SW6 is situated between Chelsea and Putney and is not only known for its extensive selection of trendy bars and restaurants, but also for its antique shops and small boutiques - especially along the Lillie Road (Fulham Cross). If you can't find what you're looking for there however, you can always try the King's Road. With its excellent transport links, including Fulham Broadway tube station (District line), Parson's Green (District Line) Putney Bridge (District Line), Imperial Wharf (London overgrond) the fantastic schools and the wide open spaces, Fulham continues to be a popular place to live in London for families and young professionals alike. SW6 is also home to two major football clubs - Chelsea at Stamford Bridge and Fulham's Craven Cottage, next to Bishop's Park on the banks of the Thames, one of the most picturesque settings of any league club. FacebookPersistence in assistance in obtaining a property over a number of months. Shout out to Daniel Wagstaff for his unflappable attitude and helpfulness with very demanding tenants applying for a new place to rent. Well done Marsh and Parsons for cultivating excellent and kindness.

FacebookNever use this company - hired them to help us to let out our first home and they did such a poor job. Placed tenant in who paid deposit with three fraud credit cards and M&P refused to take on any responsibilities. Suffered from huge financial loss and I was 7 months pregnant. NEVER go near them.

FacebookIf you're a landlord these guys sure must be amazing, however if you're a tenant be prepared for surprise fees here and there as well as absolutely no 24 hour notice of viewings (more like 6 hours).
