My experience working in Hammersmith was extremely disappointing. The working conditions were poor, and the environment felt very toxic. One of the main issues was with management, particularly Emily, who often appeared disengaged and would spend time on her phone instead of supporting the team. Unfortunately, senior management did not address these concerns, even when they were aware of the situation and were nearby.

Great service from team manager

Me and my partner have been tenants in a Marsh & Parsons managed property since October 2025. We’ve been dealing with Debbie Lewis in regards to property maintenance over the course of this time. Debbie has been incredibly helpful, kind and conscientious in dealing with our queries, she also gets things done incredibly quickly. We’ve had a nice time with marsh & parsons and can’t recommend working with Debbie enough :)

The Marsh & Parsons team, and the Conran group before them, have been great letting agents. Having moved to London for the first time three years ago, the move in process was quick and easy, and since then communication has been respectful, simple, and on the rare occasion that the property had an issue, it was sorted quickly by the team. My thanks to Owain for his help as our property manager - and also ensuring the check out process has been simple. I’ve found that you’re left able to live comfortably in your property without constant hassle from the agent - which is not the case with other agencies! I have really appreciated the care and support from Owain and the M&P team.

Throughout my tenancy, he has always been available, resourceful and incredibly helpful. His support, alongside Max Davies, was particularly valuable when I first moved into my flat, as several issues needed to be addressed and resolved.

The Marsh & Parsons team has been fantastic throughout my flat purchase journey. It definitely is a team, from the primary point of contact (shout out to Josh) to others who helped throughout the process (many thanks Mhari and Alice). Their help and attention to detail was particularly notable given the challenges I ran into with the original conveyancer I used, and they saved the day with helping find a new conveyancer. I highly recommend this team and will definitely use them again.

They made a MASSIVE error in regards to my tenancy (shoutout to Harry Bunn for being the worst agent I’ve ever spoken to in my life) and they took accountability for it… UNTIL they realised they would be £1200 out of pocket, so they then shifted the blame and made me pay £1200 for their mistake. Absolute rubbish company and I will never rent with M&P again. Update: no one from M&P has contacted me, looks like they just say this to make themselves look professional

If I could give Josh Morford and Marsh & Parsons 6 stars, I would. From the first viewings to the final congratulations, Josh has been reliable, responsive, efficient, friendly, honest, straight forward and decent. His understated, patient manner and total lack of pushyness meant that every interaction was a breeze. It was thanks to his proactivity that I first saw the flat I bought. Spent a couple of hours with Mhari Sellstrom yesterday, viewing properties and exploring different neighbourhoods. He was genuinely lovely and so helpful - even staying late at the office to show me a house when I was running behind. Using Marsh & Parsons as a tenant - good experience

We rented a flat in Greenwich through Marsh & Parsons for about 18 months. The service for the tenant has been very professional. The flat is in a period house conversion so there were inevitably a few things that needed upgrading or fixing during that time, as it is an older property. The Marsh & Parsons reporting system worked well and my contact there (Debbie Lewis) was great at keeping me updated and arranging for contractors to visit at convenient times. Happy to recommend.
