From the number of great viewings, accomodating to my needs and to the fantastic offers achieved. Gareth Kelly's team were highly professional, motivated and dedicated and above all got the results I was looking for. Can't recommend them enough.

GoogleFrom the initial visit through meeting the team from all 3 local offices, to the negotiations with the buyers and closure, Marsh & Parsons exceeded my expectations. Having lived in 4 countries and bought and sold many properties, I rank their performance as truly world class. The team, under Rex Chalmers leadership, are all strong and, importantly, work as a team dedicated to what they’re doing. Hilary Hoolahan orchestrated my sale beautifully by smoothing the process, picking up loose ends even on her days off, and managing the sensibilities of seller and buyer wonderfully. My summary: the only estate agent to use in south west London.

There were always plenty of updates and good communication. We were particularly impressed with Hilary Hoolahan's enthusiasm and willingness to always go the extra mile. We are delighted to have bought our house with Marsh & Parsons and would recommend them.

Our buyer was particularly difficult but the patient professional management and persistence of M&P eventually brought the business to a very satisfactory conclusion for both parties. GoogleWe are a young couple that have been living in London for a year. Since we came here we've been sharing a house but we decided that is our moment to "grow up" and we found the amazing Vicky. She helped us to find out our "tailor made house" after seeing few properties. She was trying to help us as much as she could and we felt really care. GoogleI initially asked Marsh and Parsons to find me a flat, which they did, and then I bought a house!! They coped very well with my change of plans and the sale has gone through very smoothly largely due to the excellent communication skills of the sales negotiator, Julia The staff have all been extremely helpful and easy to get hold of I would certainly recommend this company to take one through what can be a very stressful negotiating procedure.

GoogleWhen we decided to sell our Barnes house we did not realise how complex and tortuous the process could be. However when we signed up with Marsh and Parsons everything became much clearer and they brought us the result we wanted. Sam Bide was absolutely precise and open in his advice and information and was a shining example of how an Estate Agent should operate. He and Beau McCarty kept us completely informed and stayed impressively calm through the ebb and flow of the deal. We cannot recommend them and the agency highly enough.

From the very start, the whole team presented themselves in a thoroughly professional manner, striking just the right balance between efficient expertise and approachability. Beau McCarty, in particular, played a significant role in ensuring that there was plenty of healthy, competitive interest in my property from the word go. He has a very light touch and I never felt he had anything other than my best interests at heart. I have to say that Beau was particularly adept at steering a clear path through some tricky phases in the latter part of the sale. I always had complete confidence in his approach and had no hesitation in taking his advice. I would recommend Beau McCarty and Marsh and Parsons to anyone who values personal service, backed up by a fantastic knowledge of the Barnes market, and complete honesty and reliability.

Was initially kind of intimidating by the renting experience but Daniel helped to make it painless and reassured me at every turn. He also helped me reach out to the former tenants to help make my transition into my new flat more comfortable. Would keep M&P in mind for future transactions!

I could have never anticipated how stressful the whole process could be with a multitude of unforeseen problems along the way. GoogleHaving just assisted a client in buying a property through Marsh & Parsons, I was impressed with their speed and efficiency, which turned out to be vital to the success of this transaction. The property my client purchased is arguably on one of the most sort after streets in the area and being listed with two other reputable agents, there was already a bid in through one of the other agents when we made our offer. Despite this, Tom Snook and Rose Holden at Marsh & Parsons managed to secure the property for us and provided transparent communication throughout, until the purchase was complete.

GoogleWe have recently exchanged on our sale and onward purchase and were lucky enough to be looked after by M&P on both side. It was the right thing to do in the end and we are so glad that the offices actually communicate and coordinate so seamlessly. On our sale, we have to say that Daniel from the Little Venice office has been a star and deserves a medal for keeping us calm through the very stressful process of selling a property! He has been the saviour of the transaction in many instances! For our purchase, we have been so lucky to be looked after by John-Paul. I think having a lead agent with his experience was paramount to a successful process. John-Paul has been a real partner in helping us find the right home and go through the exchange process. Nothing was too much to ask and he was always available for us. In fact, we are buying the property he took us to see on the first day of our search, I quote: “Trust me, this is the one for you” and he was right (it took us dozens of visits to realise it!). We don’t think we could have been looked after any better. We are now keeping our fingers crossed that all goes smoothly for the completion!
