Prior to the visit he was extremely good on keeping me up-to-date and informed and all the properties he showed us were of a good standard. His general professional nature and fun attitude made house hunting a much more enjoyable experience for us. I would recommend George and Marsh and Parsons to anyone as he really did help and wasn't your typical estate agent just caring about your money!

FacebookAhead of putting out house on the market, we saw a number of different agents. Marsh and Parsons were very open, professional and friendly, and - as first time sellers - dispelled many of the impressions I had of estate agents.
Throughout the process the whole team were a credit to the company, with a large number of viewings, well coordinated and no hard sell when we had a few offers which were slightly below the asking price.
They eventually secured an offer at asking price, and this came from an agent in another Marsh and Parsons office. Charlie and Rory cordinated this perfectly, and along with Aileen from the other office, the sales process was smooth from start to finish.
I wouldn't think twice in recommending Marsh and Parsons, and can't imagine a better team to work with than the one Charlie leads.

Facebookhave had two exceptional experiences with this office. The first a few years back when Richard Gunning helped me find a lovely flat in the neighbourhood. Richard listened to my requirements and after seeing 30 flats with other agents - he was able to help me find a flat in one day. When I had to find a new flat this winter, I immediately emailed Richard, who I delighted to hear managed the office, and he put me in touch with Lewis McClymont. Lewis did even better! We found a flat in one morning (Richard taught him well). Lewis and Richard (and Marsh Parsons -Bishops Park) would be the first place I would direct friends, family, or anyone to go to look to rent or buy!
