FacebookVictoria Coulson is excellent. Marsh & Parsons are on the whole very good, particularly as compared to other estate agents, but Vicky is in a league of her own. She is very organised and efficient, and also a real pleasure to work with. I am delighted with the apartment she found for me, and with how smoothly she handled the contractual paperwork after the offer was accepted. I would certainly recommend her to others.

FacebookI recently sold my house in Barnes through Marsh and Parsons and I couldn't recommend them more highly. I have worked with quite a few agents over the past ten years and Sam Bide and Beau Mccarty stand out as professional and motivated as well as very nice guys. They also get lots of clients through the door, pretty important if you want to get your property sold quickly, resulting for me in a number of offers and a sale price that I was extremely happy with!

FacebookWe popped into the Balham branch after a very long, frustrating day of viewing terrible flats and it was the best thing we could have done. Within 10 minutes of speaking to James, we were on our way to view a couple of flats. James was the first agent we had spoken to who actually listened to what we wanted and straight away showed us properties that fit the requirements. Even when we had put in an offer James always kept us informed and helped us through the negotiations. We have been in our flat for nearly 3 months and we love it. I would highly recommend the Balham branch of Marsh & Parsons Michelle & Mark
