Marsh & Parsons has proven, not once but twice, to be unlike all other London letting agencies. Our interactions with M&P over the past year and a half have consistently met our standards for integrity and ethical conduct of business. Amy Farrington worked tirelessly to help locate and secure our last two flats. She is a star agent and came to the rescue when another local agent left us in the lurch. She is friendly, prompt, infinitely patient, and very skilled at acquainting herself with our needs and determining what properties would suit us. When Amy was out one Saturday, her colleague Matthew Huggins stepped in to continue the hunt. Matthew was equally helpful and lovely and confirmed our suspicions that M&P is a place with decent people who treat prospective tenants like humans rather than money machines. In a city where good, affordable housing is hard to come by and letting agents can be vicious, it has been immensely relieving to work with someone who has our best interests in mind.

I would like thank the team at Marsh and Parsons for there assistance in the sale of my house on St John’s Hill. After trying to and failing to sell the house with Savills I then instructed Charlie and his team. The team immediately increased the number of viewing and applicants through the door. The team provided regular feed back and where always on hand if i had any questions. The service was excellent and far out stripped that of our other agent. The team ended up finding two suitable buyers the first was not proceed-able for certain reasons, the second buyer was chain free and able to purchase the property in a timely manner paying cash on completion. Team secured a record price for the property and the road. Thank you very much to Charlie and the team.

My partner and I had just one weekend to find a flat to rent, as he was living abroad (soon to be moving to London) and we were both very busy. March and Parsons found us a perfect flat - exactly what we were looking for, though at the very upper end of our budget - and made the settling in process pretty easy. Since then they've been managing the property and have been extremely helpful and responsive to our minor complaints/issues (broken washing machine, leaking pipe). Every issue has been addressed quickly, with minimal fuss and no extra fees. They are also always polite and patient. I would definitely recommend them to a friend looking for a new home to rent.

Incompetent organisation. Each person we dealt with had no idea what they were doing, caused unnecessary stress and chaos, told different lies to us and the landlord. I would never recommend that anyone uses marsh and parsons, and would urge all landlords to use a different company. I moved out nearly a year ago and yet they're still insisting I live in the property! And worst of all our deposit wasn't protected and I wish I'd taken them to court now. At the time I just wanted rid of them.
