However, I feel absolutely compelled to write a review for John Ray based on the incredibly outstanding service he has provided. To say nothing is too much for John would be an absolute understatement. John has taken my calls outside of office hours, on the weekend and essentially anytime I have needed him! Again to say John goes the extra mile would be an understatement. John took the time to ask pertinent questions in order to fully understand our situation and has always explained everything to us every step of the way. He is extremely thorough which is so very reassuring for both the vendor and purchaser alike. He is completely honest, transparent and empathetic. I just wish all estate agents were more like John!

GooglePossibly the worst local agent. We agreed a purchase on one of their client's properties in May and by November the transaction still hadn't been completed. We had to continually chase Fine & Country for updates - at no time were they ever proactive in providing information to us. The only time they communicated with us was when they told us that their client was withdrawing from the sale. We subsequently enquired about another of their properties, although after waiting over two weeks for someone to come back to us we gave up. Totally unprofessional and not at all customer focused - avoid at all costs!!

GoogleWe recently purchased a property through Fine & Country in Kingswood and were so pleased with the value they added from the day of viewing, with follow-up questions, the offer process, and all the way through a difficult chain and completion. We dealt with Zoe and she went over and above to keep engaging with us and the whole chain and was constantly on the various solicitor's cases on completion day. Once they were able to release the keys Zoe even ran them down to us at a pub where we were calming our nerves!!
The difference between Fine and Country and others in the area was obvious, even from a buyers perspective. They are a cut above the rest who we would wholeheartedly recommend and we'll certainly be reaching out to them should we ever sell in the future.
