Louis is a very empathetic agent/ realtor and worked hard to understand our requirements. He listens actively and then responds. We saw many many houses with other agents but after meeting Louis, he actually sent us the details of the house that we ended up buying! We would never have looked at it if he hadn’t sent it to us. If I could give ten stars I would! Our house was sold within two weeks, and it was not just through a Rightmove listing. The agents referred a client of theirs who had looked at a different property. This is proper estate agency; they put so much effort into genuinely matching buyers with properties and then supporting the onward chain. Nikki was our key point of contact. She is friendly, kind, and exceptionally good at her job. We faced a very difficult purchase, but Nikki kept communication open at all times and went completely above and beyond to hold the entire chain together. She made sure everything carried on moving forward, and I honestly do not think the sale would have happened with another agent. I have to say the whole team were truly fantastic. The service they provided was totally personal. Everyone in the office knew about our sale and purchase, which made everything much smoother and easier to manage. After a horror show we experienced last year with a colourful online estate agent, the difference in service simply cannot be overstated. The property had proved difficult to sell but with the help of Stephen Ensum (Steve) we found the right buyer at the right price. The team at F&C were nothing short of exceptional. I originally bought my house through them, and when the time came to sell, there was no question in my mind about who to turn to, I went straight back. From the very first conversation, they were professional, warm, and genuinely courteous. The sales and marketing team did a wonderful job presenting the property in its best light, and Pavlo was a superb guide throughout, getting our home in front of the right people and ultimately securing the sale. But that was really just the beginning. The support team at F&C (Jane and Janice), were absolutely brilliant, looking after us every step of the way right through to the very end.
