Managed to secure full asking price from the first person through the door. Massive shout to Michael Commons who went over and above to get the sale over the line. Communication was second to none. Would always pick up the phone or respond to emails promptly. Managed a difficult situation at a stressful time when all around them others failed. When it comes to choosing an estate agent, it is imperative that you select an agent that is capable of delivering all aspects of the sales process. Finding the buyer(s), managing the offer(s) and getting to a sales memorandum is only the start and in many cases the easy bit! What happens next is where the magic happens and where Fine&Country excel. Many property sales these days involve buyers conducting multiple surveys; building, electrical, gas, oil, solar, drains, sewage, water products eg pools, jacuzzi, wood burner/chimney, radon gas. The output from these surveys can be overwhelming for both the potential buyers and sellers. Fine&Country help manage the resulting back and forth enquiries both professionally and with care, ensuring both parties remain engaged and that sensible outcomes are achieved. Many other Agencies would leave this process entirely between the buyer and seller which could either dramatically increase the time to completion or worst case result in no sale. Fine&Country level of care throughout the sale process is exemplary and I highly recommend them to get the job done, so like us, you can move on with your life!

Well lets start as we mean to go on! Ema is just brilliant, a very highly experienced agent, that is honest, and transparent delivering a viewing. We sadly didn't use Fine and Country to sell our house as we didn't want to pay the up front fee's, however after appointing another agent the photo shoot of our beautiful home was that bad we had to appoint our own photographer. Maybe the up front fees were worth it after all as you pay for what you get. We also had a great experience when purchasing our property 5 years ago so this review is based on two experiences.
