While we are very glad that we managed to facilitate a successful purchase for you, we are sorry to learn that you feel our service to have been anything but helpful and professional. Unfortunately, the process of buying a residential home in the U.K. is not an easy one, with many unforeseeable issues being unearthed as the sale progresses. While we pride ourselves on offering support to vendor and purchaser alike, we are not unfortunately able to undertake the legal aspects of the process as we are not ourselves qualified solicitors.
