GoogleFrom the very start of the process, Yannis (Director) was brilliant. He kept us informed every step of the way, chased other professionals within the chain when there were delays and provided advice and guidance rooted in years of experience which was really reassuring. We would have no hesitation in recommending Fine and Country - although have no intention of moving again for a long time!

I really valued the accompanied viewings as it took a significant stress away from me. Thanks also to Jane for her support and good humour, and also for conveying my instructions precisely to the buyer. I was also impressed with the photography and floor plans, and the published brochure, although this was at additional cost.

GoogleExcellent team effort from everyone at Fine and Country Nottingham, second to none. From Tom's indepth explanation of their comprehensive marketing strategy, which is so much more than just putting it on Rightmove! The attention to detail, the effort and care taken to get it on the market, the viewings, the liaison, always keeping us up to date, totally on the ball chasing the next steps. Everyone seems to have their role within the company and it really shows. Jane & Catherine both spent two hours really getting to know the house, so that when prospective buyers asked questions, they had the answers at their finger tips, which made a huge difference. Communication & experience from Jane, Sara & Janice restored our faith in estate agents. A great team effort, thank you all so much 👏 We highly recommend the Nottingham branch.

GoogleYannis was a tower of strength though out my whole moving process. He kept me up to date with the situation and progress along the way and I’m quite sure he was responsible for completion taking place when it did thanks to his perseverance in chasing up individual organisations and getting it over the line! When he visited my property for the first time he told me that he would offer full support along the way and he absolutely did that.

Their appraisal of our unique Equestrian property was spot on and the people they sent to view were on the money with no time wasters. Despite a set back in the chain early on Yannis and the team were resilient and found us a new buyer within a couple of weeks. We cannot speak more highly of Fine and Country Bury St Edmunds and would have absolutely no reservations In recommending them or indeed using them again.

Our main contact point has been Yannis, who is readily available and incredibly informative - his knowledge of the market and honesty were both really appreciated, almost making the process enjoyable! His team are also great, easy to get hold off and know just as much about the property! I honestly didn't think I'd give a 5 star review for anything related to a house sell/purchase, but I honestly cannot fault the team and would recommend them.

We tried another agent first without success and we came across Kerr and Craig as they sold the house in the neighbourhood. We got the offer less than a month. GoogleThis is the fourth house we have sold and was unquestionably the best experience we have had. We chose Fine and Country by spreadsheeting the SSTC numbers of all the estate agents in our area and they came top. This was confirmed by quality of the sales materials they generated: the prose was persuasive and the grammar faultless. All of the many visits were handled most professionally by Tom Spencer and his team and we were particularly grateful for the post-sales advisor Julie Vassar who would always call us back and keep us in the loop.
