GoogleA massive thank you to all at Fine & Country Estate Agents for helping me find and secure my property, which has the most beautiful room with a view! Not having moved house for 24 years it was a daunting task. However, Steven was very informative and reassuring from start to finish. Both professional and approachable the team at Fine & Country were able to secure the purchase of what I was looking for and more. Would definitely recommend.

GoogleI would like to thank Matthew and John at Fine and Country for making this one of the nicest experiences we have had in the property market. Matthew was straight forward, responsive and went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. He was always ready to answer an email/phone call and played a vital role in keeping the communication between us and the seller. Thank you F&C! We love our new home!

GoogleHad a great experience with Matthew and Maria from Fine & Country in Brookmans Park. Their attention to detail with aspects such as the photographs and listings were amazing - so important in achieving the best possible sale price. Maria was especially supportive and I won't hesitate in using Fine & Country again.

GoogleArrogant and rude. Feel sorry for anyone dealing with Matthew Craker. Not a good representation of Fine & Country. Terrible first impression. Would not buy a newspaper from him, never mind a property!

Another fake review.
Very strange you have an opinion of me when you've never, ever been in contact with myself.
If you had, you'd understand Matthew Craker a very sincere person, just as the genuine reviews will suggest. Unlike Parham Donyai AKA Mr FAKE REVIEW, the sad 'entrepeneur' who has a personal vendetta against myself, who is probably you, using another alias. :)
In fact Matthew Craker has just been voted the best Estate Agent in AL9 and Hatfield.

GoogleHad my first dealing with Matthew Craker. Not very "fine"! Won't be buying a property from him, that's for sure!
F17ONE · 28 June 2021
Agent replied
Parham Donyai, AKA Mr FAKE REVIEW, you've not actually dealt with me in a professional capacity at Fine & Country, therefore, you should not be reviewing on a Fine Country review site.
Because I bought a product from your business that didn't work, you feel the need to to leave several FAKE reviews on a business site that you've had no dealings with. Grow up.
The only part that you have stated which is true, on this review and all the other 1 star reviews you have left, is the fact you will not be buying a property from here. We will only allow our clients to deal with genuine people, that you are clearly not.
