We relocated to the UK after 15 years in Los Angeles, and felt totally overwhelmed with navigating not only the unique process of buying a house in the UK, but understanding the nuances of the area. We spent months driving to appointments crisscrossing Warwickshire only to find unsuitable houses and disappointing areas. Amrita Punia changed everything. She spoke with us in depth about our very specific criteria, called agents in advance to confirm properties were a potential match, then set up appointments in a streamlined way, including many that weren’t even on the market yet. She was patient and understanding (never pushy!) while confidently answering all of our questions and putting us at ease. She’s a gem and a rarity in the UK real estate market. I can't fault the service provided by Fine and Country when selling our home in late 2022. James Pratt in particular, was with us at every stage of the process. His advice on the sales price and his attention to our prospective buyers/viewings made us feel like we were the only sale he had on at the time. The photos and video were produced with style, care and consideration (definitely not the iPhone pics you see from other agents!)
Once we had received and accepted an offer, James was still at hand to liaise with Solicitors/buyers to ensure the sale proceeded.

During the past year, I have been trying to renovate my house ready for sale, and have been severely let down by builders.
