GoogleExtremely poor customer service. I booked an appointment for friends to view a property in Oversley Green (we live in Spain so can't make first viewings). When they arrivied, the agent actively discouraged them from completing their visit, saying that if we didn’t intend to submit an offer within a week we shouldn’t bother.
My friends drove around 2 hours to get to the house and as a huge favor to me. If I book a viewing, I expect minimally to be able to visit the house.
