My recent sale was Handled by Lawrence and his colleague Krisztina, given the uncertainty of the current market situation, I expected many issues, the oppersite was the case, they carefully selected clients whom were seeking our type of town house and location, as a result they found me a wonderful opportunity and family whom were so easy to deal with. We had a great experience with Fine and Country as buyers. Purchasing our new home was a big step for us, but the team provided us with reassurance and knowledge throughout. Krisztina is brilliant and personable. She was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to facilitate a number of visits for us, always accommodating and patient (alongside the sellers!) while we took the time to make the right decision and even with us having a new baby in the middle of the purchasing process. Lawrence was also key in getting the purchase over the line. He was communicative and helped all parties stay aligned, which made a real difference in securing our dream home. Stephanie has been really proactive and responsive throughout the negotiation process. Everything you'd need from an estate agent. Update: Equally good at the next stage of the process. Steph - this charming young lady has truely exceeded our expectations! When Steph took over our listing due to issues with a previous agent she was met with me wanting to remove my house from sale, she asked us to give her just 2 weeks, so that was what we did. From that day she has continuously secured viewings each weekend where as we previously had very few the entire month before. She has been in touch and guided us through each and every step of the way which for myself has helped tremendously. Selling a house is such a stressful time and whilst battling severe anxiety it is made even worse, Steph has honestly made this entire process so much easier for me and my family.
