We had a very positive experience working with Dominic. He was professional throughout the process and consistently kept the transaction under control, maintaining close communication with solicitors on both sides as well as with the seller and the buyer. This coordination was crucial to keeping everything moving smoothly. Dom was always available to answer questions and was very pleasant and easy to communicate with. In my view, we completed the transaction on time largely thanks to his persistence and proactive approach. At times he could be quite demanding and pushy, but this was acceptable and ultimately helped to achieve the result. Overall, we are satisfied with his work and would recommend him to others.

Outstanding professional yet personal service. This is the 1st property we’ve sold with F&C but the 3rd through Max. We actively sought Max’s services as in the past with other agents, we’ve felt the agent ends up working for the Buyer. That was not the case with Max and the F&C team.
