GoogleIt was a pleasure to work with the very professional team at Fine & Country Nottingham throughout the process of the sale of my house in Southwell. Communication and feedback during what can be a very stressful time is key in my opinion and the team were brilliant at keeping me informed all the way through the viewing period and subsequent sale and contract stage. Everyone I dealt with in the office were extremely efficient but they also all had a sense of humour which made dealing with much more fun. Important in my book!
In addition to the above, as a company, they delivered everything that they said they would and more in regard to the marketing of the property and the quality of the presentation of it. Often a lot is promised that does not materialise - not the case with Fine & Country. Within a week of signing with them the house was featured in the Daily Telegraph and had a strong presence on social media which was fresh and relevant.
I cannot recommend F&C Nottingham more highly. If I were to move again I would not hesitate to instruct them again.

GoogleI couldn't recommend 'Ildi' at Fine and Country Uppingham enough. She was on top of everything throughout my house search and purchase. Always with positive intent, even at the tricky moments. Ildi also supported with a known solicitor and between us we got the house sale complete in well under two months.. I'd add I wouldn't have found the house without Ildi's persuasion as it wasn't what I had requested but she clearly knew me well enough to suggest I look. Well she was right and its the perfect house. In a tough climate the whole process was enjoyable. You don't say that too often when buying a house!
