GoogleWebsite could find nothing at all in Leamington, Southam, Napton or even the cv47 postcode! I would be furious if I were trying to sell my property through your agency.

GoogleFine and Country approached me when we received planning permission. We felt very comfortable with them selling our property, they both sold and we purchased another property through them. They have been great. Always on the other end of the phone what ever time. Thank you Leon and Rebecca for all your help.

GoogleFrom the outset this was by far the best experience I've had from an estate agent. The attention to detail and the courteous and charming manner of the Branch Manageress and her team at all times was exemplary.A successful sale was the icing and I would highly recommend this particular branch.

GoogleWe recently bought through Fine & Country Berkhamsted and wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future. Alex Trewin in particular was brilliant - friendly and efficient, she really helped to push things through and made sure that everyone in the chain knew what was happening and when.

GoogleI have recently sold my home through Fine & Country, Woldingham Branch and confirm I was very satisfied with the service received. In particular during the post offer/acceptance period when their staff provided an excellent service of following up, chasing the buyer/solicitor and providing constant feed back to achieve the Completion Date.
