Unfortunately I can't recommend Fine and Country. We used them for a house sale in Kingswood and they didnt have our best interests. Nikki and Zoe were pushing us to accept low offers (note when we pushed back they would say - well you're going to lose this sale), they pushed us to accept a lower offer the buyer made a few months before the completion and then askes to leave the expensive curtains for free, they made a mess of some showings, they were calling the agents of the property we were buying and confusing matters to the point where we nearly lost out on our purchase. We paid about £12k to be treated badly. They were racist at various points in the process. We had agreed as part of the legal process what we would be leaving at the property and I got a really rude email from Zoe stating that we left rubbish. Those are what the buyer agreed to and that is a legal issue not a agent issue which they didn't need to email about (see attached). They made an already stressful process more stressful. In contrast to our buying estate agents who were a lot better at managing the whole process. Didn't address their mistakes in any part of the issues above. They don't respond to emails when feedback was sent. Turns out that Nikki and Zoe know the buyers hence why they behaved in this way. They refused to reveal their conflicts of interest.

They are totally on it & at no point did I feel I needed to chase for anything. My family and I have recently purchased a house through Fine & Country, although it wasn’t the easiest of moves from our side. We looked at numerous houses during the year through Fine & Country and I have to say, their service has been second to none. They were extremely patient with us, gave amazing advice, went above and beyond what was expected of them really, and I never felt like I couldn’t pick up the phone to them. Nikki has been exceptional - she was our agent and has been communicating with us throughout the whole process and always in communication with the other agents in the chain. Very open and transparent about expectations, timescales and the process and if I were to buy again (which we won’t be for a very long time I hope 😊) I would be calling her first. It’s not just Nikki though, as she works in a fantastic mostly female led team in the Kingswood office. Zoe is equally amazing at what she does and always has time to chat and help and also goes above and beyond. Kate also has kindly shown us about a million houses and has always been so professional and warm and also always happy to chat about our needs and she too went to great lengths to try and find us the perfect home. Together as a team we finally found the right property and that’s because they all took the time to get to know us as people and understand what we were wanting to achieve. I would not hesitate in recommending these ladies at Fine & Country in the Kingswood office, as the service we have received has been phenomenal. A big thank you to them all 🙏🙏🙏
