We recently sold our property with Fine and Country, Ware branch with Stephen Ensum as our agent. The sale wasn't without problems as there was a complex chain involved which at one point fell through. However, thanks to the professional expertise of Stephen Ensum at Fine and Country, the chain was quickly re-established and the sale was successful. Throughout the sale period, from the initial valuation visit, arranging photography, video footage and viewings, liaising with legal teams and the eventual exchange and completion, Stephen was the central most important figure for us and, unusually for our buyers too. The photographer took some superb images of our cottage which showed it at its best, producing a fantastic brochure for sale and the video tour was stunning. We were thrilled this. I can highly recommend Fine and Country as an agency and would ask for Stephen Ensum every time. His calm, honest and knowledgeable approach certainly contributed to the success of our house sale and kept us sane at some very stressful moments. We came by Fine & Country Ware after a pretty disastrous experience using another local branch (unprofessional, rude, borderline negligent), and quickly discovered that as they're working under a franchise model, you can have chalk and cheese experiences with F&C. Richard is superb. From minute one of introducing us to what has become our dream house, he was friendly, informed, attentive and generally excellent to work with. The opposite of the stereotypical Estate Agent. We also met Steve through the process who was an equally great operator (and lovely man with it). Not only was it a friendly service, but highly effective. Richard coached when needed, coaxed at other times and played the whole process perfectly to make it all work like clockwork. Not once did I feel I was being sold to, patronised, or manipulated. No hesitation whatsoever in the 5 star review, you'll find it hard to find better agents locally. Thanks so much Richard.
