This is the fourth house we have sold and was unquestionably the best experience we have had. We chose Fine and Country by spreadsheeting the SSTC numbers of all the estate agents in our area and they came top. This was confirmed by quality of the sales materials they generated: the prose was persuasive and the grammar faultless. All of the many visits were handled most professionally by Tom Spencer and his team and we were particularly grateful for the post-sales advisor Julie Vassar who would always call us back and keep us in the loop.

After a few difficult years of trying to sell my house I changed to Fine & Country and it was the best decision I made. Tom went above and beyond helping me throughout the whole process and made things so much easier for me. Julie also made sure I had constant contact when it was time to complete, I’m sure she was doing more than her job role chasing solicitors etc. Thank you so much. You pay for what you get, don’t just pick the cheapest option like I did at the beginning, yes Fine & Country charge a little more than some agents but money spent well and if I need to buy/sell in the future, I know where I’m going!
