I worked with Craig when purchasing a house and he was absolutely fantastic throughout! He went out of his way to make sure that communication was clear at every step of a fairly complex purchase, and was careful that all parties were aware of all developments. He was always quick to respond if I asked him to follow up or make an enquiry, and he was very accommodating as we went through the process of surveys etc., liaising with the seller to find appointment times that were convenient for all. It helped enormously that Craig had taken the time to get to know the property well, so that often when I had questions he could give me an answer straight away. He made what could have been a very overwhelming process so much smoother - couldn't recommend more.

Kerr Drummond was absolutely amazing. He saw the potential in our property and valued it much higher than any other agents. He knew how to stage the photos and how to use his network to promote our house. He came with a marketing strategy and delivered. He even managed to get us above asking price. After a lot of shenanigans within the chain we finally completed after 10 months. Kerr held all levels of the chain together, again using his network to find out what was happening and manoeuvring to get everyone aligned. He had the utmost patience with us, our seller’s agents and their solicitors. It was painful but our transaction would not have happened without Kerr. As a developer I have bought and sold many homes and, no matter what agency is chosen it ultimately comes down to the assigned representative that deals with all the day to day matters. Tristan took the house on after a relatively lacklustre performance by another agent. The difference from the start was amazing. He was efficient and professional and showed real interest in the house and our situation, and didn't sugar coat any bad news. The video and brochure produced were excellent and the assistance we received getting the house ready was just right. Then, of course, the pandemic struck and the whole thing went quiet but Tristan kept plugging away and doing his best to keep the sale alive. He maintained a positive spirit despite some hard times we gave him and in the end it all went through well. The cost for F&C is a little higher than the other agents, but we both felt we were getting a better service and as a result and we had more confidence in them than any agent we have used in the past.

He kept me completely informed about everything and made sure that my relationship to the sellers was good which was necessary because there was a lot to handover in terms of technology he went beyond the call of duty to ensure that the chain completed, even when the keys of my house that I was selling were accidentally locked in a safe ! Guy has been by far and away the best estate agent I have ever worked with. He invested very significant personal effort into every aspect of the sale, reaching well beyond what I would normally expect an agent to be doing. That began right at the start when he linked the house to a potential buyer and it continued unabated until the sale. It is always impossible to prove a negative, but I am convinced that the way in which he took the buyer through each stage of the process prevented any dramas at all - not an easy task by any means with an inexperienced buyer and an older property with plenty of quirks. Guy talked right at the start at what using Fine and Country would mean in terms of added value, and he delivered in spades.
