I first worked with Jonathan from Fine & Country when I purchased my property in 2019, and the experience was outstanding. We completed in just two months with no issues at all. So when it came time to sell, he was my first port of call without hesitation. Jonathan has exceptional knowledge of the local market and a strong network of genuinely motivated buyers looking for their dream homes. Throughout the sale process, he was incredibly proactive, consistently pushing things forward and keeping momentum, which was especially valuable given some challenges with solicitors and our buyers' chain. He is also a fantastic communicator: always available, responsive, friendly, and highly responsible. You always feel that everything is under control when Jonathan is involved. I couldn’t recommend him more highly - a true professional. I’m a lifelong fan!

We recently moved into the Northampton area. Fine and Country were the agents for our vendor, however we found Jonathan to be very instrumental to the chain throughout the stressful process of moving. He kept in frequent contact, provided regular updates and was pro-active in steering us through the inevitable roadblocks encountered along the way to reach the finish line. Marie Fritz has been amazing from Day one. She helped us present our home in the best possible light both for the marketing photos and when having potential buyers view the property. She was always the one showing buyers around and selling the benefits of our home. When it came to negotiating, thats when Marie really proved value for money. She understood the drivers of all our buyers, and negotiated the best possible deal for both parties. Once an Offer had been made, she then tracked progress with our solicitor, their solicitor and kept in touch with the chain to make sure the sale progressed at speed. We have been really happy with the service Marie has provided through Fine and Country. We know others who have also chosen to use Marie and we have recommended her to our friends. This is because she offers all that other agents do but she goes over and above to offer the best service possible. There are many ways she does this. We are in the process of moving house, and Marie Fritz is the estate agent of the house we are purchasing. It's been such a smooth process so far, Marie keeps us regularly updated and chases things along when other agents in the chain aren't being as proactive.
