I really valued the accompanied viewings as it took a significant stress away from me. Thanks also to Jane for her support and good humour, and also for conveying my instructions precisely to the buyer. I was also impressed with the photography and floor plans, and the published brochure, although this was at additional cost.

After being on the market with two other agents previously and despairing of ever selling our lovely barn conversion, a friend recommended Fine & Country to us. We couldn't be happier with the outcome - a completed sale within three months of F&C putting the property on the market. The team were lovely and reflected the higher end demographic of the property, which is so important when showing prospective buyers round. A special mention to Jane Peake, who went above and beyond to liaise between solicitors, us and the buyer in order to get the conveyancing process completed quickly and efficiently without any unnecessary nonsense to delay matters. The relief we feel at having completed the sale is immense.

From Tom's indepth explanation of their comprehensive marketing strategy, which is so much more than just putting it on Rightmove! The attention to detail, the effort and care taken to get it on the market, the viewings, the liaison, always keeping us up to date, totally on the ball chasing the next steps. Everyone seems to have their role within the company and it really shows. Jane & Catherine both spent two hours really getting to know the house, so that when prospective buyers asked questions, they had the answers at their finger tips, which made a huge difference. It was a pleasure to work with the very professional team at Fine & Country Nottingham throughout the process of the sale of my house in Southwell. Communication and feedback during what can be a very stressful time is key in my opinion and the team were brilliant at keeping me informed all the way through the viewing period and subsequent sale and contract stage. Everyone I dealt with in the office were extremely efficient but they also all had a sense of humour which made dealing with much more fun. Important in my book! In addition to the above, as a company, they delivered everything that they said they would and more in regard to the marketing of the property and the quality of the presentation of it. Often a lot is promised that does not materialise - not the case with Fine & Country. Within a week of signing with them the house was featured in the Daily Telegraph and had a strong presence on social media which was fresh and relevant. I cannot recommend F&C Nottingham more highly. If I were to move again I would not hesitate to instruct them again.
