We had a disappointing experience purchasing our house through Fine & Country. We dealt with Bob and Helen and unfortunately found they were not a particularly helpful intermediary between the seller and us as buyers. Communication often felt lacking, and we were left to chase updates and resolve issues ourselves. Overall, we felt the purchase went through despite, rather than because of, their involvement. We had expected a more proactive and supportive service throughout what was a significant purchase.

I explained that after my husband's death last year, I was looking to return to the area to be closer to family. He had the time and patience to listen to what my requirements would be.
