We bought through F&C. They were professional throughout. In particular, Rachael Hancock was proactive, thorough and a pleasure to deal with. Would happily use again.

The team made the experience of buying our home far easier than we've experienced with other agents in the past. All very friendly and extremely efficient. Small touches are a nice addition, like the lovely gift box we received when we moved in. Definitely a quality, high level of care and service.
