I worked with Craig when purchasing a house and he was absolutely fantastic throughout! He went out of his way to make sure that communication was clear at every step of a fairly complex purchase, and was careful that all parties were aware of all developments. He was always quick to respond if I asked him to follow up or make an enquiry, and he was very accommodating as we went through the process of surveys etc., liaising with the seller to find appointment times that were convenient for all. It helped enormously that Craig had taken the time to get to know the property well, so that often when I had questions he could give me an answer straight away. Kerr Drummond was absolutely amazing. He saw the potential in our property and valued it much higher than any other agents. Tristan took the house on after a relatively lacklustre performance by another agent. The difference from the start was amazing. He was efficient and professional and showed real interest in the house and our situation, and didn't sugar coat any bad news. The video and brochure produced were excellent and the assistance we received getting the house ready was just right. Then, of course, the pandemic struck and the whole thing went quiet but Tristan kept plugging away and doing his best to keep the sale alive. He maintained a positive spirit despite some hard times we gave him and in the end it all went through well. The cost for F&C is a little higher than the other agents, but we both felt we were getting a better service and as a result and we had more confidence in them than any agent we have used in the past.
