Damion Merry advance-presented a home in Oxford on Facebook stunningly, and whilst we had no view that we would move, ended up buying the property before it formally hit the market. Has now also presented our daughter's home to the market beautifully, with a raft of offers, again, before it even hit the market pukka. I don`t usually leave reviews but on this occasion I felt I simply had to because Damion Merry at F&C in Oxford deserves special praise. His help, expertise, integrity and professionalism was exemplary and thanks to him we were able to purchase our new home in Oxford. I also need to mention another very special quality which you don`t often find in Estate Agents (not the ones that I have come across anyway !) and that is how Damion looked after BOTH the seller and buyer in such a fair & considerate manner throughout the process. Having made little progress with our house purchase plans, everything changed when we met Guy Simmons from Fine and County. Guy truly understood our perhaps unusual needs and having shown us a number of houses, went on to identify a property not yet on the market which was ideal. Guy worked tirelessly to bring the project to fruition; he has built up an amazing network of professional colleagues to address conveyancing, survey, planning, building, rental agreements etc acting like the conductor of the orchestra in bringing all the threads together. He has an amazing degree of local knowledge and Guy became our go-to man for all aspects of the project. Noting the times of his e-mails I am not sure when he sleeps but is always easily available and friendly and has great personal skills. We have now completed and exchanged on the property but Guy continues to help us with our building plans and I hope we will stay friends for years to come. Definitely top of his game!
