Out of everyone involved in the process, she was the clear standout thanks to her professionalism and warm, approachable attitude. From the initial viewing right through to moving day, her communication was seamless. What truly set her apart was her persistence and support when we hit a few hiccups on the day. GoogleWe sold our house recently through Fine & Country. All the staff there were very helpful, but Olivia went above and beyond to get our sale over the line. From arranging the initial viewings, agreeing a very quick sale, it then took several months to complete, due to land registry queries. Despite this, Olivia was constantly in touch with us and our buyer, and worked tirelessly on our behalf. Thank you Olivia.

GoogleAmazing amazing experience with Fine and Country , Daniel and Olivia were the best Estate Agents we have ever used, the marketing value of our property was exactly as we thought, Courteous and professional and nothing was too much trouble , we sold and bought through Daniel and Olivia and the process was faultless, we are now in our new , beautiful abode and would not hesitate in recommending Fine and Country - which we will be doing !

GoogleDisappointing experience. The approach came across as arrogant, with an inability to listen and absolutely zero preparation. There was also a poor understanding of the local area. Far below the standard we expected from Fine & Country. Turned up 20 minutes late to the appointment - no apology! Clearly didn’t want to market the house - absolutely appalling, unprofessional and rude.

GoogleFine & Country did a great job getting viewings and a proceedable offer with a house that was not without sales challenges, and also in a difficult market. Once the offer was accepted Olivia did a really essential job in smoothing things through the period towards completion. With an unusual and difficult situation arising at the last minute she was instrumental in ‘getting it done’. Thank you also to Daniel who in early Jan told me he’d get an offer by Easter and he did. Job well done. Would recommend.

Daniel really knows the market and even though he priced our home far higher than the other two agents we had invited to provide valuations, we were delighted to receive a full asking price offer within 3 weeks. The photography, the accompanied viewings by Peter and the administration by Olivia and Jackie were all so professional. We are beyond impressed by the day-to-day care shown by Jackie who has kept on top of every detail ensuring a glitch free completion in a super efficient manner. From initial meeting, photo’s, house details, overseeing viewings, liaising with solicitors and buyer it was all carried out in a very pleasant and professional way. They kept us updated at every stage of the process. It’s our second involvement with Fine and Country in Woodhouse Eaves selling houses and we wouldn’t use anybody else in the area.

FacebookI’m sure many of heard nightmare stories about estate agents ?! Not with F&C at Woodhouse Eaves. I can’t find anything to fault . The process was professional from start to finish. The level of communication cannot be beaten and trust me I have very high standards . I definitely give 10 stars out of 5 !!! Daniel is incredibly lucky to have such an amazing team.
