Without doubt, the best Estate Agent in the area. From the initial visit from Tristan to agree marketing details, the feedback from viewings (which we received after every visit) from Jen and the team, and once the sale had been agreed, the weekly updates from Faye (sometimes more often) to keep us fully updated until completion. After having dealt with several other agents recently in the area (including Luton, St Albans and Harpenden), my experience with Fine and Country Redbourn was absolutely exceptional. A brilliant team.

Fine&Country Redbourn were the third agent we used after the first two turned out to be a poor fit to our property. From the start F&C were quick to react and proactive and within a few months had secured a quality buyer and an offer close to guide price. What we feel gave them the edge was once the property was at solicitor stage, their progress team especially Faye Cartwright, worked extremely hard to ensure that exchange and completion with all parties in the chain happened before the 31 March stamp duty deadline. Without their contribution and tireless liaison between vendors, purchasers and legal teams we don’t think it would have happened on time. Thanks to all at Fine & Country Redbourn we can’t recommend you highly enough.

Fantastic village estate agent. The staff especially Faye & Tristan went above a beyond to help us with firstly a very tricky buyer then they found us the perfect buyer. Faye always responded to emails promptly & often out of hours & always using a very courteous & professional approach. Finding out the answers to any questions was never an issue & having to deal with the first tricky buyer was definitely an eye opener for us all but again dealt with perfectly on our behalf. The owner Stuart was quite rude and condescending towards me. Quite arrogant and unprofessional. My house was not well described and the I found that the estate agents stopped looking for a buyer once they had just one offer. I feel the selling price was undervalued. Avoid. I'm terribly disappointed.
