GoogleWe recently purchased a house being sold by Jonathan Lloyd-Hamm - agent for Fine and Country and have to say it was a five star experience. Jonathan was extremely helpful and supportive throughout the entire process. I would thoroughly recommend Jonathan if you’re looking for a property in the Northamptonshire area.

The house is our forever home and i very much doubt we will be making another move; however, for anyone considering selling or purchasing, we would give F&C the highest recommendation.

GoogleMy recent sale was Handled by Lawrence and his colleague Krisztina, given the uncertainty of the current market situation, I expected many issues, the oppersite was the case, they carefully selected clients whom were seeking our type of town house and location, as a result they found me a wonderful opportunity and family whom were so easy to deal with. Fine and Country are not the cheapest, but there professionalism far outweighs these small additional charges and I would be happy to recommend them

GoogleWhen it comes to choosing an estate agent, it is imperative that you select an agent that is capable of delivering all aspects of the sales process. Finding the buyer(s), managing the offer(s) and getting to a sales memorandum is only the start and in many cases the easy bit! What happens next is where the magic happens and where Fine&Country excel. Many property sales these days involve buyers conducting multiple surveys; building, electrical, gas, oil, solar, drains, sewage, water products eg pools, jacuzzi, wood burner/chimney, radon gas. The output from these surveys can be overwhelming for both the potential buyers and sellers. Fine&Country help manage the resulting back and forth enquiries both professionally and with care, ensuring both parties remain engaged and that sensible outcomes are achieved. Many other Agencies would leave this process entirely between the buyer and seller which could either dramatically increase the time to completion or worst case result in no sale. Fine&Country level of care throughout the sale process is exemplary and I highly recommend them to get the job done, so like us, you can move on with your life!

GoogleWe had a disappointing experience purchasing our house through Fine & Country. We dealt with Bob and Helen and unfortunately found they were not a particularly helpful intermediary between the seller and us as buyers. Communication often felt lacking, and we were left to chase updates and resolve issues ourselves. Overall, we felt the purchase went through despite, rather than because of, their involvement. We had expected a more proactive and supportive service throughout what was a significant purchase.
