GoogleJust exchanged on a purchase and honestly i can’t say enough nice things about the team at F&C. Ours was slightly more complex and really needed attention to detail. Debbie, Paul and Paula went out of their way to keep everything moving. Without a doubt the best agent I’ve dealt with by a mile and one you shouldn’t hesitate to contact. Debbie kept us up to date at all times and I feel without her help, the sale would have fallen through. Debbie was professional at all times. GoogleSteph - this charming young lady has truely exceeded our expectations! When Steph took over our listing due to issues with a previous agent she was met with me wanting to remove my house from sale, she asked us to give her just 2 weeks, so that was what we did. From that day she has continuously secured viewings each weekend where as we previously had very few the entire month before. She has been in touch and guided us through each and every step of the way which for myself has helped tremendously. Selling a house is such a stressful time and whilst battling severe anxiety it is made even worse, Steph has honestly made this entire process so much easier for me and my family. Even tho we have just accepted an offer she is still on hand to talk us through the ongoing process even on her days off, she seems to genuinely care for her customers whilst doing her job to an amazing and professional standard. I’ve already passed her details to a friend who’s currently struggling to sell her property with another agent. Thank you so much Steph! I never expected this to all happen so fast and nor did the auction house involved, you proved us all wrong!!

GoogleRichard and the whole team played a very active role in the selling of our home. They got to know us, our home and really used their experience and ours to position in the house in the market. They were active from day 1 until the close. I have moved countries, moved homes several times and I can honestly scythes guys were the most professional I have worked with... GoogleFine and country have not failed to impress. We went with them initially because our neighbors had sold with them with ease and fairly quickly. We have a niche property and knew it wouldn't be an easy sale. Through the sales process us and our house were treated with respect and understanding, never invasive and always caring. Once sold the attention to detail didn't stop and I know we were one of the quickest along the chain to get going with the sale. We had weekly updates of the chain and very quick responses to queries. Communication was thorough and detailed all the way through. Thank you F & C we highly recommend your services and, surprisingly, will miss you!!

GoogleI can’t rate Fine and Country, West Malling highly enough. Where other agents failed, they delivered. After having a very disappointing start with another agency, Michael delivered the goods . He said he would throw everything he had at it, he did, and he certainly delivered . He is supported by an excellent team , comprising of Karen , Emma and Alison, who have all been very professional and courteous whilst showing our home to prospective buyers, as well as being mindful to keep us informed every step of the way. Karen, let me know of the property on her day off, and subsequently we were able to view and offer quickly with the help of Emma. Liberty-Mai continued to communicate with us throughout the purchase period ensuring that both parties, kept to our timelines, working with our solicitors. We would certainly recommend them.

GoogleI would like to thank the Staff at the DISS branch of Fine and Country. Philippa Martinez was a key player in helping us exchange contract on our property with their own client. Philippa went above and beyond a standard service by chasing our own buyers for us, something our own agents should have been doing !! Next time we sell our property we would certainly use Fine and Country in Diss.

GoogleTristan was great from start to finish in helping us sell our house. He got us a great price on our first weekend of viewings and was always at the end of the phone or email which was particularly welcome towards the end of the sale, going above and beyond in coordinating a long and complicated chain. I met a couple of agents when deciding to market our house, but Tristan stood out as being direct and honest, which can be something of a rarity in estate agents. I would highly recommend marketing a property with Tristan & Fine & Country Redbourn.

GoogleAbsolutely appaling work from Fine and Country Surrey. After more than one month they are still unable to speak with the landlord so we are getting our deposit back. Avoid at all costs, this agency has no control over their clients and will not help you.
