GoogleWould recommend. An efficient process from start to finish. We chose Fine and Country because we like their marketing, but they did manage the process well. We liked the fact that all the agents came out to see the house, Marianne their office manager is very good. All the agents were very responsive & got straight back to you.

GoogleFine and Country Berkhamsted Selling a house is really hard, everything seems to be against you. Choosing your estate agent is the first tough decision. I “interviewed” so many estate agents many of whom undervalued the house for what reasons I will never understand. Chris gave me a value higher than most, not all and achieved that price 11 months later. Yes, we dropped the price to help the bottom of the chain to keep it; yes, we lost two buyers through broken chains; yes, members of the family told me to accept a lower price but Chris and his team relentlessly kept chasing potential buyers and finally we completed at virtually the original price. Chris kept me constantly informed whatever was going on and rang me weekly even if there had been no progress. I felt we had chosen an estate agent I could trust, a rare commodity truly appreciated.

Olivia, Jackie and Daniel each had a role to play throughout the process, and were always so effective, friendly and efficient. Daniel really knows the market and even though he priced our home far higher than the other two agents we had invited to provide valuations, we were delighted to receive a full asking price offer within 3 weeks. The photography, the accompanied viewings by Peter and the administration by Olivia and Jackie were all so professional. We are beyond impressed by the day-to-day care shown by Jackie who has kept on top of every detail ensuring a glitch free completion in a super efficient manner. GoogleJames Cooper helped us to obtain a price over and above what we expected and also helped us throughout the process of selling our home. In this case it wasn't always simple but James kept things on track throughout and was always friendly but professional. My wife and I can thoroughly recommend James, through Fine and Country, to anyone considering a sale.

GoogleReg and his team provided a top service and not only because it was a pleasure to work with. They regularly shared insights and explains their views without any need to chase them up. They were careful not to disseminate the offer nor to start discussions with time wasters. They paid attention to the house they were in charge to sell and they were always coming upstream the buyers’ visits in order to ensure that everything was fine. It was good to meet Fine & County after some bad experience with other agents. To summarise I highly praise and recommend the services of these fair, professional and courteous people.
