GoogleIt was a long winded sale but Fine & Country persevered and kept us informed the whole time. We, and our purchasers, were totally mucked about by the bottom of our purchaser's chain which caused huge upset and expense but we got there in the end!! Thank you Fine & Country Woodbridge for all your help and support from start to finish - we got there in the end! PS: The English way of buying and selling houses needs to change big time and now to stop the selfish, unscrupulous, pretend purchasers!!!

GoogleMatthew, turned up at my home passive aggressive, bullying, unprofessional, inappropriate and hurt, yes that was the only reason I didn’t call police, because I had compassion for him for not wanting him to sell my home. It was a deeply hurt ego, he shouted some psycho babble about jungian psychology not knowing what he was talking about. I would neither buy nor sell through fine and country. He was initially such a decent human being.

GoogleEven though we were the buyers, Marie helped us tremendously with advice on how to move the deal forward, always thinking outside the box when delays outside our control happened and her communication was second to none. Buying a house is stressful but having an agent like Marie makes the whole process so much better. 1000% would recommend her

Right from the day of the first viewing with Gareth, to the day of completion, all the agents we had dealings with at the office were polite, attentive and extremely helpful in their dealings with us, no matter how many times I needed to contact them about something! I feel very grateful that James and his team did their upmost to help us secure our dream forever home in what proved to be a fairly lengthy and tricky purchasing process, due to unforeseen circumstances that were absolutely no fault of their own. I was impressed by their ability to keep the sellers and ourselves fully informed throughout any unexpected curve balls we encountered, and I believe their professionalism is what ultimately kept everything on track for a successful purchase. GoogleCould have been more dilligent in verifying the details of a property. Needed lots of chasing up to resolve issues during conveyancing. Maybe great for a vendor, not sure about for the buy side.

Took time off work to show Branch Manager Michael Commons my house with a view to marketing the property and when I called back after two weeks to chase a formal appraisal, they couldn't even remember visiting, let alone value my house. Complete waste of my time. Didn't even follow up to apologies.
