GoogleExcellent Service from Fine & Country Cheam Branch. We had issue with our previous buyer and estate agent and feared collapsed chain. F&C very quickly re-launched our property, found and pre-screened suitable buyers and engaged throughout the completion process. No resource spared. Very happy with the service and would definitely use them again.

GoogleWe have recently exchanged on a property purchase through Fine & Country in Cheam. As a buyer, the service after you secure your offer was impeccable. Thank you to Jonathan for all his support especially when things got rocky. His service and professionalism to achieve the best outcome for both parties really stood out vs other estate agents we have come across during our long and arduous process of buying and selling a house. He was very accommodating and responsive, even during weekends which I wouldn't expect. We also met Adrian once during the process and we really appreciated his impartial guidance and professionalism with no judgement or pressure. Thank you to Jonathan for going above and beyond. GoogleMoving home to a new area and down sizing is easier said than done. We have lived in our home for 27 years and it was a very big decision to finally leave. We put our trust in F&C after meeting Adrian the Branch Manager. He is a local and knows the area very well. He had sold similar houses to ours. From the start we were impressed with his professionalism and that of his team. In particular Jonathan, Riley and Jane were always available and helpful. They were proactive where possible and quick to react when needed. I would recommend F&C Cheam to any one looking for the best representation when selling their home.

GoogleWe chose Fine and Country to market our house and offices as it was clear that their proactive approach would help us present our property well, to a wide range of people, to give us the maximum chance of finding a good fit. Guy really stood out for his knowledge of the local area and his huge network of contacts; it made the process so much easier for us. He also impressed us both with his commitment for finding the right buyer, regardless of the time that involved at weekends and in the evening. Highly recommended.

GoogleCould have been more dilligent in verifying the details of a property. Needed lots of chasing up to resolve issues during conveyancing. Maybe great for a vendor, not sure about for the buy side.
While we are very glad that we managed to facilitate a successful purchase for you, we are sorry to learn that you feel our service to have been anything but helpful and professional. Unfortunately, the process of buying a residential home in the U.K. is not an easy one, with many unforeseeable issues being unearthed as the sale progresses. While we pride ourselves on offering support to vendor and purchaser alike, we are not unfortunately able to undertake the legal aspects of the process as we are not ourselves qualified solicitors. None the less, we hope you are enjoying your new home and wish you all the very best for the future.

Took time off work to show Branch Manager Michael Commons my house with a view to marketing the property and when I called back after two weeks to chase a formal appraisal, they couldn't even remember visiting, let alone value my house. Complete waste of my time. Didn't even follow up to apologies.

I understand the office manager Michael Commons called to discuss this matter directly with you, and he explained that due to a system failure, record of our appointment with you had been deleted. I further understand that you were very keen to instruct our services prior to the issue that resulted in the system failure, and I sincerely hope now that the issue has been addressed that you once again chose to engage our services.

She provides 1:1 consultancy, regular updates, has thorough working practices and an outstanding work ethic. I can not fault her. GoogleRichard & Steve were professional, supportive and effective from the moment they valued our house through to the sale. They understood what we wanted to achieve with our property, it was a bit more complex due to additional land being sold, but they grasped our brief and conveyed that to interested parties.
