If you had, you'd understand Matthew Craker a very sincere person, just as the genuine reviews will suggest. Unlike Parham Donyai AKA Mr FAKE REVIEW, the sad 'entrepeneur' who has a personal vendetta against myself, who is probably you, using another alias. :) In fact Matthew Craker has just been voted the best Estate Agent in AL9 and Hatfield.

I cannot praise Guy Simmons of Fine & Country Oxford highly enough. The man is nothing short of a miracle worker. We had an incredibly tight deadline to purchase a property he was handling for the seller and he proved as good as his word when he promised to get the deal wrapped up in the narrow timeframe we were facing. He basically turbocharged the whole process, liaising with the various solicitors and agents in the chain and driving everything forward at a pace. He was always on hand, never failed to return a call and kept us up to speed the whole time. He even offered to drive a 7.5-ton lorry for us when it looked as though there was going to be a problem finding a firm to help us move out of our old home! What more can you ask of an estate agent? Highly recommend Kelly Oakley and the team at Fine&Country at the Northampton branch. Very communicative, speedy with responses - even outside of '9-5' hours. Kelly really helped the purchase of this property go through at great pace. Great property purchase with Fine & Country Northampton! Marie facilitated the purchase and made the process unbelievable smooth. Had 4 other properties fall through due to bad estate agents or solicitors. We bought our house through Marie at Fine and Country Northampton. We actually met Marie whilst viewing another property but we can honestly say we were impressed by her knowledge, diligence and cooperation on the first viewing. We then came across Marie for our eventual house, recently bought and she has proved responsive, honest and helpful throughout our end buying process and we feel she was fundamental to pushing through the completion in time not only to meet the stamp duty deadline but also prior to the birth of our son. One of the frustrations in house buying can be chasing a chain, Marie took this role on and kept us updated and helped to ensure movement between agents, buyers, sellers and conveyancers occurred. Having encountered a few agents during our search we can honestly say Marie was fantastic. She always gave us confidence and on the rare occasions she might not have known the answer she sought out the answer swiftly, often within an hour or so. We have certainly been impressed by Fine and Country-Northampton and would certainly think about using them in the future.PositiveQuality, Professionalism

Marie’s remarkable work ethic We were with another agent for 6 months, they showed know interest or drive to sell our house. We decided to go with a different agent. We went with Marie from fine and Country Marie had the drive and a different outlook on the selling of our home . She booked one open day for potential buyers to view, on that day we had a disaster, a water leak!!! (we were away at the time) Marie not only sold our house in it’s worst state , she helped with the clean up !! We were kept informed all the way through out the sale of our home . As buyers we met Richard at a property which we rapidly found didn't suit. Friendly and engaging, he made an effort to understand our needs better and suggested an alternative we hadn't previously noticed. 3 days later following a viewing we made an offer which was accepted. All follow up subsequent issues have been dealt with promptly and professionally. Have no experience as a seller, but imagine our opposite numbers are happy with the service received.
