GoogleHaving not needing to deal with Abbotts in over 10 years I thought they must have got better but no. We arranged second viewing for a house where our offer had been accepted only for the owner to tell us that she’d taken it off the market a few weeks prior and knew nothing about the viewing and was shocked that Abbotts hadn’t relayed that to us. When we contacted them we were met with excuses and assured that the person dealing with us would call us back that week but never heard from them again. Even though we already had a mortgage in place they were incredibly pushy to use their adviser and just wouldn’t let up when we said no. Poor communication and even worse service. One star is one star too much!

GoogleExcellent service from the Lettings Team at Abbots. Tyrone and Olivia guided us through the complete process of renting out our property. The flat was let out within a week of the previous tenant leaving, such a quick and easy turnaround we couldn’t have asked for a more professional service. We were kept informed at each stage and nothing was too much trouble, they are both very knowledgeable and helpful. I would 100% recommend using Abbotts Chelmsford. Thank you.

GoogleI recently sold an inherited property through Abbotts, the whole team were great starting out with Dean and following on with Lianna Franklin. To complicate the situation I live in the US so things had to be done, in person, in a small window and then followed up on line and by texts and phone calls. Dean could not have been more helpful, I’m very grateful for his assistance and advice. Lianna has been extremely diligent with updates and all communications. I think it must a great office environment as everyone seems so bright and cheerful. I cannot fault their service and I would definitely recommend them. Thank you all.
