Cannot recommend these guys enough, Since the first day i walked through the door they have made me feel welcome, always polite and friendly. Simon , Amanda & Mark Mark Swaby the mortgage consultant was fantastic he got me a mortgage that works for me , and was very involved in progressing the process, always checking in with me and keeping me updated every step of the way. He chased everything to ensure all ran smoothly and always with a happy smile and reassuring confidence, he really knows his stuff. As with property purchases there were a few bumps but Mark is passionate about his role and went the extra 10 miles when he didn't need to , just to help me. What a team these guys are !!

Mark has been brilliant. We went to the first appointment thinking we were going to be a difficult case with some peculiar circumstances, but Mark rose to the challenge and had our financial future assured in less than an hour, with a few options to think about. On the second and third meetings, everything he proposed came true and we were accepted by the lender based on his numbers, and we've come away with an affordable mortgage that fits our needs, short term circumstances and longer term plans extremely well. He's got a really nice way about him that makes you feel comfortable, and he really knows his stuff, as proven by throwing difficult questions at him and getting an immediate, correct, reply. Now that the dust has settled from the house move I would like to thank the team at Abbott's Hellesdon branch for the fantastic job they did in selling our house for us. If I could give 10 stars I would, Mark swaby has made everything easy and informative. He has met all deadlines, nothing has been any trouble and when I needed his urgency he delivered. We bought our first house through this Abbotts office and couldn’t be happier with the service we received. Amanda and Simon were very helpful with organising and carrying out the viewings, as well as a lot of behind the scenes stuff like chasing up solicitors for us, and Mark who is the mortgage advisor was exceptional. Any problem or questions we had he answered, always there to take our calls and emails and made the whole process of buying a house a lot easier for us. We can’t recommend this lovely lot enough.

Absolutely 5-star service from Mark Swaby, cannot fault anything that Mark did for us and would highly recommend. We were first time buyers and he went through every option that was available to us and was at the end of the phone if we needed any further advice. Buying a new build home came with many challenges and Mark certainly had his work cut out with our home builders not sticking to target dates resulting in us having to reapply for the mortgage but he made sure everything was in place in time for completion. Cannot thank him enough for his outstanding service.
