I recently approached Abbotts Countrywide in Norwich by telephone and spoke with a lady by the name Nicola who was the residential home letting Manager, from the point of my contact with her to the point of letting out my property she was extremely helpful considering I live abroad and I'm unable to attend to many things that needed doing , Nicola made by life very easy. I will like to give her thumbs up and Abbotts. Thank you Nicola. Will sure recommend Abbotts to friends. Regards Mo I

I have been a landlord for a number of years and used many letting agents in norfolk. I have found Abbotts Countrywide to be both professional and proactive. The rent level they suggested was spot on and they have found me some really good tenants. Keep up the good work. Happy to recommend

I have always found Abbotts Chelmsford to be an extremely professional letting agency and very proactive in the lettings market. The staff are always polite and very helpful and nothing is too much trouble when it comes to renting your property. I would highly recommend them.

Taking into consideration Abbotts being part of one of the biggest estate agents in the country you would think that there staff would have the correct knowledge before trying to talk down to you from a poorly constructed script. Not to mention there is a young lady working here who is very unhelpful and very rude. Very disappointed.

Used Abbotts to rent my first property when I moved to the area, Dealt with Suzie who is fanastic and helped me with getting to know the area. Had a great service from Max and Ashley also who went out of their way to help. Would recomend Abbotts!!!

Had a viewing of a house on Saturday and a lovely lady called Sam was there to greet and meet. Its been a long time since Ive been around anybody who knows how to do their job pleasantly and Sam did just that. She asked all the right questions of what we were looking for so she could get an idea of who we were and our needs, as I am disabled. She followed up with a telephone call to my home to let me know that the stairs would not be good for me in another property that I was going to look at. I would just like to sincerely thank her for her kind professional help.

Appointment times are not honoured or forgotten completely, and when contacting the office an excuse of 'sorry the system is down' is routinely given. Also none of the areas of the business appear to talk to one another and therefore appear to have no idea what the other is doing. If they do then this is not the image that they convey to its customers. They appear unprofessional and unsure of themselves. Having them manage the let of my property has been a waste of time and has caused distress for both the tenants and myself and other landlord. Avoid.
