GoogleAaron door knocked our property and was glad. For once I have been able to let me properties out through and agent who delivers what they promise. From the start Aaron set our what and how he planned to do and this was delivered. I was highly impressed with Aaron and will continue to refer his office to friends. Top marks.

Dear Calvin, many thanks for your review, we appreciate the feedback and our customer’s satisfaction is very important to us. I’m sorry you feel you’ve had a such a bad experience with our lettings department. We will take on board your comments and look to be clearer when explaining the process to applicants. I understand from the file that your situation was not a standard one, and so therefore our normal procedures had to be amended in order to fit in with your needs. This is perhaps why you felt your questions were not answered clearly enough. Although we do talk to other branches, you are allocated one branch to look after you, but we do endeavour to help as best we can if a client from a partner branch calls and this is perhaps why other branches did not know the full story of your application. I am saddened to hear that you feel our agent had other places to be on the check in. This is not how we wish to come across and I’m sure the agent involved will work hard to be more welcoming in the future. I do wish you well in your new home. Please do not hesitate to call the branch if you have any more concerns.

GoogleWorst estate agents ever. Recently bought a property via the Clacton-on-sea office and the entire process was a shambles from start to finish. Definitely will not be buying or selling through them again.

GoogleI was quite nervous about renting out my property for the first time whilst I was overseas. However, the lettings team at Abbotts managed my property above my expectations. The tenants had a few teething problems to start with and these were sorted out quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend...

GoogleBrady Catterwell is the best lettings agent in Essex, possibly even in the UK. Abbotts Countrywide Lettings in Colchester is Fantastic, definitely use them!

GoogleI went in for details on the service offered to Landlords. I have to say the service was excellent. I was greeted by a very polite young lady then introduced to her Manager who was very professional and knowledgable. I will be moving my portfolio over to Abbotts.

GoogleFantastic, I rent properties for a living and I have yet to meet a more friendly professional team than Abbots Colchester, the last property they rented for me went up for rent on a Wednesday and was rented the same day, my new tenants were also singing there praises and remarked on how easy the whole process was and how reasonable there prices were compared to other local agents, "I tip my hat to you all" thank you. GoogleOur first dealings with Brady, the manager were approx. 18 months ago. He can be totally relied upon to go the "extra mile" when any problems arise, as happened with ourselves. His knowledge of the market is first class and we feel confident when he is dealing with issues for us, We have recently recommended him to a neighbour of ours who was extremely happy with his level of service. Overall, a good front man for the business.

GoogleI would like to thank Holly, Chloe and Charlotte for for the excellent service they have provided for me. I had a bad experience with another agent and the Abbotts have turned that around by their customer service and finding the right tenant for me. I would highly recommend Abbotts to be your letting agent in Bury St Edmunds.

I have moved quite a few times and used various different agents and they are definately one of the friendliest however I have to say their fees are higher than average but I suppose thats the price of a good service.
