I met and instructed Abbott’s when selling my mums property, to move her closer to me. They found a buyer very quickly but unfortunately my mum passed away before we could move. We still had to sell the property , Cheryl and her team were extremely supportive during a very emotional time and were beyond professional dealing with us on a personal level with great understanding, helping us to successfully get the sale completed after probate was obtained. I have dealt with many Estate agents over the years and if I'm honest I have never been impressed to say the least. Then however i dealt with Abbott's, but more importantly i had the pleasure of dealing with Amie, she was an absolute pleasure to deal with, honest, quick to respond and kept us fully informed all of the way through our purchase. Her upbeat personality made her a joy to deal with and she honestly could not do enough for us, absolutely fantastic. I have recently purchased a property through Abbotts in Halesworth and felt I should write a review to say what a pleasant experience it was! Both Cheryl and Gabby were always so friendly but at the same time very professional. If I contacted them by phone or email I always received a reply answering my question as soon as they found out the answer! Cheryl and Gaby’s professional competence was matched by personalities that were genuinely warm, kind, and authentic. They were in constant communication with us, responding to our requests, and proactively going out of their way to assist in maintaining the momentum during the buying and selling process. They guided us through the whole process with great expertise. In the thick of things, Gaby even entertained my toddler to allow Cheryl and I to finalise pending paperwork. We always felt at ease when working with them and they are a positive reflection of their team. Cheryl leads a well-organized team who kept us informed about upcoming due dates, changes in scheduling and so on. We would strongly recommend Abbots-Halesworth to anyone looking to rent or buy a property in the area and its surroundings.

Had a bit of a rocky ride selling our house, what with losing a buyer, finding our new house (Ellises) not being able to move forward because of things beyond our control, losing Ellises to somebody else, finding a lovely house only to find it was in a flood area, & then the lovely Gaby Wones phoned to let us know Ellises was for sale after all, after that Gaby & sometimes Sherrell from Abbotts in Halesworth were always available to answer any questions & always ready to help in any way they could, so here is a great big thank you for all the help you gave us during this purchase, thanks from Ron & Sharon.
